The King has a Son and He is my brother.
His name is Jesus, Mary was His mother.
He died upon a cross to save me from my sin.

Once I was an orphan, lost and in confusion.
Jesus shed His life blood and gave me a transfusion.
He took away my emptiness and put His Life within.

With God as my Father, what riches I inherit.
With Jesus as my Brother, and God the Holy Spirit.
He gives my life momentum, and this is why I sing:

He’s coming one day soon now to take me up to heaven.
I’ll stand before His throne there and know that I’m forgiven.
