John 5:22 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:
Once the Son of God, the Second Person of the Trinity, became Man, the Father committed all judgment to His Son.
It follows that, not only the Judgment Seat of Christ, but also the Judgments of the Tribulation, the Judgment of the Sheep and Goats, the Judgment of Satan, the Beast Anti-Christ, and the False Prophet, and finally the Great White Throne Judgment, are all committed to the Son, before Whom the ones being judged will appear, and Who will pass judgment on them … a judgment from which there is no appeal.
We who have saving faith in the Son of God are fortunate. We will not appear before Him for judgment of our sins, as they have already been judged in Him on the Cross of Calvary.
John 5:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
We will only appear before Him at the Judgment Seat of Christ, for an assessment of the works we did during our lives as saved persons, so that the gold, silver and precious stones can be rewarded and the wood, hay and stubble can be set aside for “burning”, leaving no residue behind.
