Hebrew Language

Hebrews 11:3 says “By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.”

The LORD made covenant with Abraham, the Hebrew. The language in which He made covenant with Abraham was Hebrew.

Hebrew, eber, written with the letters aleph-beth-aleph-resh, means to pass or cross over. Having some understanding of Hebrew gives us revelation on how to cross over from season to season in the blessings of the covenant we have been grafted into. As children of God through the Blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, we have been grafted into Abraham’s covenant. He has already built within us the ability to cross over. His language activates spiritual power within us to make a shift at strategic times.

Hebrew is a complete language in the sense that its characters “speak” through both form/picture and sound. Therefore, the Hebraic letters can provide a deep level of revelation as we study the times and seasons in which we are living.

Historically, the Hebrews used the first 9 letters of the alphabet to form the numbers 1-9.
To get the numbers 10, 20, 30, ., 90, they used next 9 letters,
and the last four of the 22-letter alphabet represent 100, 200, 300, and 400 respectively. As a result, Hebrew numbers given in dates can sometimes spell out a word.

In addition to this, we can learn a great deal from the Hebrew alphabet. Unlike English letters, each individual Hebrew letter was originally a pictogram (picture). Therefore, a Hebrew letter not only represents a sound, but also represents an idea. Often the meaning of the letter can still be seen in the shape of the letter, which gives us additional insight into what the Spirit of God is revealing, from season to season.

Hearing God through Hebrew letters and numbers is not a mechanical process. Nor is it a matter of figuring things out with your intellect. Rather, it requires some study, as well as learning, to hear what the Spirit is saying. In fact, once you know how God speaks through the Hebrew language and numbering system, you can gain great insights in many areas!

Mystery of the Hebrew Language
(Did you notice that the book of Revelation, also called the Apocalypse, consists of 22 chapters? That’s one for each letter of the Hebrew Alphabet. This site explores the Apocalypse in relation to the Hebrew Alphabet, and is a fascinating study in these end days.)

Edenic
(The Language of Adam and Eve – source language of Hebrew … and all languages of the earth, according to the website)

Did one of the many languages that dated back to the time of the Babel confusion remain close enough to the origin (perhaps because Shem and his descendants refused to join in the rebellion), that it can be considered to be the modern version of Edenic? There’s a strong probability that Hebrew is that tongue.
